I find that leading people & teams to accomplish great things is a creative process that can be messy and immensely rewarding. Embracing UX principles, I value people-centered approaches in everything I do (crafting business strategies, building hiring pipelines, or leading comms).
I’ve worked in different industries with a focus on Healthcare, Technology, and the intersection between them. I’ve been fortunate to build my career during the Web3 era while we dive headfirst into era of AI.
